RE: Pathetic service from Netcare Unitas Hospital

I would like to report Netcare Unitas Hospital, please never go to this Hospital as they are totally useless. Went for an Kidney Stone removal end Feb they did the authorization in front of me and never told me there is a co-payment. Now a month later they expect me to pay the co-payment. Netcare really is this how you treat all your patients!!! Pathetic service will never in my life go to them again I would rather die then to go to that Hospital. I hope someone can sort this out!!
