Rather use LIFE hospitals than Netdontcare ones

Last week a relative of mine was rushed Netcare hospital at 6am, the doctor ordered blood , he was transferred to the ward where the staff were absolutely rude and just plain lazy ... no one opened a file for him , even though he was a very high risk patient with many heart complications not one ID band was put on him despite having numerous medical conditions that should of been highlighted , at 3 o clock that afternoon he was eventually given the first lot of blood, the second unit of blood was wrapped up in a towel and left on the patients bed, at 8pm that night the unit of blood was still sitting on the bed ! my wife works at SANBS and this is not right to leave blood out for this time period!! (This is not right and I can see a huge medical malpractice law suite on its way very soon from my lawyers!) eventually he was given the urgent blood he needed at 12am , the next day they opened the file but still didn't give any bracelets! the next day we moved him to a life hopsital and all I can say is WHAT A DIFFERENCE , from the time we walked in till we left the staff just couldnt do enough or smile enough .. will NEVER use a netcare hospital again.
