Rather Stay Away or go to a Public Hospital

Had an emergency, waited 6 hours plus some to be helped, and then took a few minutes. Dr. was unprofessional and inexperienced. Now, months later, their useless accounts sends a final demand, for something we've never received before. This after everything was cleared before hand by the medic and admitting sister. I will never in my life go to Netcare again, I'd rather go to a public hospital if really need be. Accounts are shockingly terrible.
