****** and xenophobic behaviour

<p>Muriel roberts and her ISD team of 3 who apparently have worked together since before independence always terrorise blacks and create malicious gossip for blacks and foreigners. the stories and allegations they give are unfound and they do not understand what privacy means. they go into patient accounts and check personal information, they check family history and spend time creating stories. they want to know every detail of peoples lives that is not even work related my colleague recently had a still birth and muriel roberts started telling people that she was not even pregnant to begin with which is defamation of character not to mention cruel and inhuman. imagine while we are still mourning we get these stories now . in another incident muriel also accused another colleague of trying to get her fired. one wants to know if muriel has so much time on her hands to create stories and malicious falacies does she have work to do? is she qualified to be in her position? she sends people to spy on others and takes it as a personal vendetta if someone refuses to disclose personal information about what is going on in their lives. many people have resigned and left because they are scared to report the issues and the incidents those who have reported have been further victimised, where do people draw the line between what is work related and what is personal? other competitors have policies against such ************** but in netcare they dont have any or they choose to be ignored. muriel has been known to be cruel at garden city and faced disciplinary but years later she still carries on terrorising people. blacks are not even given the equipment work with as one time she told another colleague that she is not important enough to get a laptop. one wonders why she is working there and turning the department into a zoo if there is anyone out there listening you need to investigate these incidents as there are more that she has done once she starts with these stories she tells people she got phone calls from black people giving her information. her team is full of bullies who end up making others dread work or choose to work offsite. she is often heard giving instructions to blacks who dont even understand afrikaans and yet afrikaans is not the language of communication for the company. investigate the people who have left ISD in the last 7 years and they all have stories to say about how she never cared that they had travel arrangements yet she flew home nearly every weekend and chose the best accomodation for herself while others did not even have food or transport on site. this woman and her team believe they are above the law. i wish someone can just go to carte blanche already and expose this behaviour maybe then netcare will really catch a wake up call. i will never work for that company and i dont encourage any blacks or foreigners to work there matata fela *claps twice*</p>
