I went to have an ultrasound scan on my shoulder this morning.....from Reception in the Radiology Dept. to the WHOLE experience, I have to compliment all with whom I dealt. Professional, helpful and so warm and friendly. They really all went the extra mile. What a difference it makes to a worrying and unpleasant experience! Well done and thank you!
