Private patient taken for granted by Clinton Hospital

I went to Clinton hospital 26th of April as a private patient. I was depply in pain, they made me pay R425000. After paying this much money I was told no Doctor wanted to attend to me and I was transfered to a public hospital Natal spruit in vosloorus. I cried for my life, after I was left there after giving my details I was unconscious and woke up in ICU. I stayed 2weeks there. After being discharged I contacted Clinton hospital looking for a refund. It is disappointing to find that a high profile hospital would claim that I was admitted and discharged the following day. To top it all we have been back and forth about my money for a month now, I was promised that I would get it on the 9th of April. Till today I haven't received it they not responding to my emails and phone calls. Very bad service!!!!! How do you make a patient pay so much money when they not in the right state of mind? Imagine if I had not survived????
