Private hospitals get away with substandard cate

Lousy nursing my husband fell out of bed because the bed motor was faulty. They had two other beds in the ward. Which were empty. They were asked repeatedly to change the bed. No guard rails were up he is the oncology ward with a brain tumor. He is on heavy medication. He was knocked out no apology. Their nurses are mostly students what are we paying the exorbitant prices for private hospital for substandard nursing. Disgusted
