Prime cure medical aid

I have been trying to get hold of prime cure since 8 this morning. I have wasted about 10 mins everytime and then the call drops. I have sent emails and used the ussd command and yet nobody calls back. .I am currently in tremendous pain. Can barely walk and need to see a specialist. I just need information in how about seing a specialist. Is that so hard. I should actually report you to our hr and see if they can get a better medical aid. We are not a small concern but a very large company. I am forwarding this to my hr as well as your customer service really sucks.
