Pretoria east hospital

Pta East hospital Pathetic ER ,WORST ER EVER! I have a 7month old baby that fell with his walking ring on his face he was bleeding uncontrollably from his mouth and nose and crying a lot we rushed him to the ER where they were not busy at all i did not see even 1person bleeding or any children only adults looking sick but not life threatening we came in with him they told us to wait 1-2hours before we will be helped i asked if they can at least give him something for the pain they said no i must go outside the hospital and try to calm him down because the crying is disturbing the other patients when they have time they will call us , we decided to rush to Die Wilgers where there was 2sisters and 1doctor that assisted us immediately his main artery in this lip was cut off from the fall so the bleeding wouldn't stop they gave him pain medicine that calmed him almost immediately then they injected his gums to make it dead and burned the veins for the bleeding to stop , with that said PTA East ER is truly pathetic (and its not my 1st bad experience with that ER but i have learned my lesson for the last time with them)if a baby with an uncontrollable bleeding injury is not a priority
