Poorly trained Emergency Room Manager, poor service delivery

I was mortified when I took my daughter with a knee injury to Mulbarton. The registration and moving to see a doctor was fine. Then the doctor ordered an xray and sonar. I waited close to an hour and a half before I logged a complaint. Someone from xray told me that they are very busy but they would prioritize patient coming through the emergency room route. another45 minutes and I complained to the emergency doctor. She fetched the xray form and told me I can go to another xray provider. When I complained to the hospital Precious was extremely helpful and skilled in the provision of service. The Emergency Unit manager phoned me back and screamed at me, did not listen to me, and told me 7 times that my daughter was injured a week ago and can she close my babies file since my daughters case is not an emergency. How Netcare even employs such individual with zero to no problem solving and interpersonal skills, is beyond me. How is this even private healthcare? Emergency room with moldy ceilings and loose wiring? She blamed the xray service provider but I chose to seek out service from Netcare, not their service provision partners, so Netcare needs to make sure that service is up standard. So since my file was urgently closed by the emergency unit manager I wasted the rest of the day trying to access care for my daughter. I pay for private healthcare so I am appalled and the poor level service I received versus the cost. I am appalled at the caliber of customer service provision.
