Poor/bad service at Netcare Pholoso in Polokwane

Im at Netcare Pholoso in Polokwane and I’ve been waiting to be attended since 13:00 now its almost 20:00 Im sitting on a bed and all they did was only take my weight. Zero to no communication about the delays. That time we pay for convenience. Im so disappointed
