Poor show Olivedale Emergency

Treated with indiffernce when having to take my 80 year old mother with renal failure to the emergency department. The receptionist ushered others through before my mother and they certainly did not look like medical emergencies. Two hour wait and still counting without any feedback. All you get is a shrug of the shoulders. Your standards have fallen Olivedale and others say so too.
