Poor Service - Will never use them again

My 9yr old daughter was assaulted at school and after being at the police, a medical practitioner had to complete an examination and fill out the police documents. I went to Netcare Bougainville Hospital as they were closest to where the incident took place. We arrived there around 14:30, paid the necessary fees to complete the Police forms (R 170) and then waited until 17:20 without being helped. At that point I decided to leave and to go to another hospital where one actually receives service (within 20 minutes). This so-called hospital will not see me again, ever! Their lack of service is a good way to waste your time and convert working-hours consultations into after-hours consultations. In future I will continue to drive past them on my way to another hospital...
