Poor service--Patient unable to shower due to no hot water

My partner has been in Netcare Olivedale for the past 2 weeks for a stem cell transplant. This week he has not been able to shower as the room he has been moved to has no hot water, the nurses as well as the unit manager have been made aware of this since Sunday, they have said that the maintenence staff are aware of it and it is yet to be fixed. This is not the best situation for someone who is in isolation due to an illness and is not able to shower? What is the point of him being in isolation if personal hygiene isn't taken into consideration?
