Poor Service Netcare Kingsway Hospital

Last night I took my son to the Netcare Kingsway Hospital, He was attended by the doctor who made it clear that doctor did he had a serious condition but instead he was not admitted and we were given Urologist's card and told to contact him directly, Because its a weekend my son has to suffer from pains the whole weekend while we are waiting for the Urologist's appointment. Due to him not being admitted while he is suffering.

In 2014 My daughter had a severe asthma attack and again she was not admitted, I had to take her to JMH Isipingo Hospital and she was admitted on the spot.

Everytime I seek for medical help at Kingsway Hospital I don't get any assistance. I guest that as much as I stay in the area I have to find other alternative hospitals
