Poor service milpark!

My coastal core never paid and so I had to find funds. Eventually after asking kamane for a discount, he reluctantly and rudely offered a small discount. I settled R15k for full settlement as agreed with him. 43 months later I get another bill for R3000 which was incorrect. I emailed him to query it. He never apologised, just told his accounts last to rectify it. Kamane is rude to deal with and lacks compassion!
