Poor service left sitting around ...

I have been waiting 2 hrs. Nurse says my daughters urine is clear (an hour ago) yet still no doctor to discharge from ER. 7yr old daughter crying of hunger, its after 7pm now. Staff rude to me and tell me I have to see a doctor before leaving yet I fail to see why we cant be discharged. I was offended by the nurses raised tone and attitude towards me : Nurse Minkie Malgas. I had to beg for her full name from the new staff. I have never been treated in such a disrespectful manner. I want feedback from a practise or hospital manager.
