Poor service from Oncology department at N1 City Netcare hospital

Poor attitude, disrespect towards patient, and total lack of empathy or professionalism. Refused to give consult cost, refuse to assist with quotation of costs of treatment etc. Didn't listen to me as the patient, despite clear information given per email and numerous telephone calls. Shocking to say the least.
