Poor service from netcare Alberton

I am writing this with a heavy and disappointed heart. I was at netcare Alberton, took my 6 year old daughter there for emergency treatment because she was having difficulty in breathing. I got there at 8 pm , the nurses attended to her at triage and sent us to the Bay to be attended, we got there and found a very helpful nurse who attended to my daughter and gave her nebs. My daughter got better. We waited and the doctor never arrived up until around 23:25 when I decided I’m leaving. She finally emerged, and she was like “are you gonna sign RHT” I’m like no I will not I’m just tired of waiting, with an attitude she told me to sign RHT, I took my daughter and put her on my back. “Bye was like you are leaving? Bye” and I said yes I’m leaving since you can’t attend to my daughter, she was like I was coming to her, at that moment she was already helping another patient. Sister viola was there and she was helpful, she even apologized for the behavior of the doctor. Her name is dr Byrne

We were then directed to the night manager, a certain mr Hlophe spoke nonsense! A whole manager! Telling me to go home and see a GP, very funny for a man his calibre in a management position. Then Mrs Fourie said we need to be attended to with immediate effect. I’m so disappointed with this kind of behavior at a private hospital. I’m never settling foot here.
