Poor service delivery and ungovernable staff.

A patient arrived at Netcare Pholosho Hospital in Polokwane on the 17th of August 2022 around 10:00 with a broken finger. The patient was immediately admitted on the basis that his finger had developed an infection and required emergency surgery. Up until today he has received no medical attention or treatment to ease the pain or the infection. Upon calling the physical ward 2 I spoke to a lady by the name Virginia a very rude lady who did not have any answers to the questions I had regarding the patient in question or the surgery. She also had no whereabouts as to where the patient was and insisted that I should come from where I am to do her job. For a private and big hospital, the staff and service delivery is utterly unspeakable. This is one netcare hospital I would not recommend to anyone.
