Poor service delivery

Hello Peter

I was treated at Netcare Alberton on the 21 November 2023 after I was involved in a car accident. The treatment for nurses and doctors is excellent. I had a problem when I requested medical reports. I was given an email address to send my request. I did as I was told. It more than a week now I'm not getting any respond. I need the report urgent for insurance purposes. The insurance company is about to close the claim now as I'm failing to assist on processing yhe claim with the required documents. Somebody is no doing their work on the admin side. I have sent 2 emails and there is no response. I even wish I attended government hospital maybe I would have received medical report long time ago.
