Poor Service Del8very. Alberton Netcare Hospital Admissions

We visited the Specialist at Alberton Netcare Hospital this afternoon with my Mom. She experienced abdominal pains after a bladder operation on Monday, 15 April 2025 at the same hospital. The accounts lady from the Specilist went to Excel Pre-Admissions for them to admit my Mom. 2 hours later and after I had to go enquire from them if the file is ready, I eventually received the file. During that time there were 3 patients who complaint about their admissions. This hospital's admission staff are really most definitely pathetic and should not deal with the public. Especially in a medical environment.
