poor service

what a pathetic service we received from parklane hospital, my sister was admitted into this hospital for a week and a half, discharged Wednesday her Dr did everything that was supposed to be done signed off the medication to be discharged with to our surprise the forms were not taken to the pharmacy for her to receive medication before she leaves the ward or hospital, on her arrival at the pharmacy nothing was prepared or dispatched but told to wait she waited from the morning till afternoon where she decided to leave as she was told to call the next day for medication we called parklane the whole day with no success which makes it two day without medication, because she was now relapsing took her back to the DR's rooms new script prepared and bought what we can ….my point is what if I lost a sister through their negligence...why must we run after them to do their job as my nephew called them the whole day yesterday in order for him to get my sisters medication...I don't know is it because shes poor and black so her life doesnt worth a thing.... rather close the shop then because clearly you don't know what you doing
