Poor service

My dad and sister took my nephew age 5 just after 6pm today 12.09.2022 to Garden city hospital.He has been vomiting none stop they get there and around pass 8pm no one assisted them.My dad asked why is there no one helping them, and he wants to log a complaint.The response was he must come back tomorrow cause no1 will help them now.i mean you pay so much money and that is a service they give.If it was a government hospital and a child at that age they were going to assist ASAP.
