POOR SERVICE at the Montana Netcare Hospital Outpatients

I took my daughter at 11h30 on 24 Dec 2019 just to have stitches removed that were previously inserted by Out Patients. She left there just a few minutes before 14h00. WOW, two and a half hours waiting just to have stitches removed. My vets turn-around time has been better than this for stitches to be removed This is not PATHETIC Service but basically NON- EXISTENT.
