Poor service at clinton netcare hospital

On the 25 October 2018,I got a referal letter from my GP to Clinton Hospital in Alberton coz my son was sick, so he needed to be admitted. Everything went well from the reception to the peads ward, that was from 18:00 to 18:20 or less, In the wrd i had to wait for almost 3 hoursbbefore i could see the Dr,when we decided to go, a Dr came to attend us but unfortunately we were leaving already, i told the Dr we leaving so she can attend to others. The Dr raised her voice (shouting) at me while am holding my sick baby who is asthmatic, telling me that" I did not eat d whole day, I did not have a a cup of coffee, am exhausted n am the only Dr on call, I u want to leave u can leave" then she walks away, I asked her is it my faulty that u are tired, she continue walking away,. I packed my baby staff n had to drive to look for a nearest medical care for my son, which happened to be sunward hodpital. Where i had to see a GP DR for the 2nd time and my mdical aid pays a GP 1nce a day, those cost are mine.

I pay a medical aid so that my family can be taken care of n immediately but this netcare hospital traumatised us instead of helping us, anything could have happened when driving at night with a sick and the hospital is not taking any actions am the one who keeps on going to them.
