Poor service at Casualties

If I could rate 0 stars or even a minus I would, long story short, my 7month old daughter was seen by doctor Coetzee at Montana hospital's trauma unit, He didn't bother to examine her, spent 2min with us tops, and sent us home with cough medicine, I took her back the following day as she had difficulty breathing, to Dr Allden (Pediatrician) he admitted her for the RS Virus and she spent 7 days in ICU. After she was sent home by Dr Coetzee. to make matters worse, I sent a formal complaint and the response was 1% apology and 99% excuses, but no solution or mentions that the Dr was even told that he sent a 7month baby home with RS Virus. This hospital is as good as Steve Biko, don't bother going there!!!
