Poor service at Akasia Netcare Hospital.

My son was treated for an emergency at the Akasia Hospital on the 4th of November. I have sent an email on the 5th requesting for basic information for submission to my medical aid for authorisation. I have not received that response even today on the 19th. I got an acknowledgemeng of receipt to my email but no information has been provided. But they are sending me an invoice for me to pay when i need information from them in order for my medical aid to pay. This is so unacceptable. Completely unacceptable.
