Poor service and lack of security

I must say for a pvt hospital the service and care of patients are disgusting.im shocked. Sommerset hospital the treatment u recieve way better.how on earth can a patients whole bag go missing.and calling for a nurse only to get responded to 3 hours later. For **** I tell you.if url can not handle the to uphold the name of a pvt hospital then I suggest u close down ok.
