Poor service and lack of care

I came in at 18:30pm at St Augustine's Hospital for my son's knee injury. His knee is swelling and he is in pain and when we got here at this hospital a file was opened and we have been waiting close to 2 hours to be seen by a doctor and when I ask one of the nurses where is the doctor , she says there is only one doctor after hours and it is very important to come during the day. But what really gets on my nerves is that I have a 3 year old son whom is in pain and cannot move his leg and I am being told it's important to come during the day. I mean this is nonsense. Absolutely utter nonsense.
