Poor service

The food at the netcafe was terrible including the service.... Food was slow and wors the food was terrible. People who arrived after me received their food first by the time my food came my hot chocolate was even cold. I am highly disappointed in the service. I would not recommend people to sit and dine at Netcafe in Park Lane.
