Poor service

The service I received from ferncrest hospital in rustenburg was disgusting the so called matshidiso mokgobo the infection control sister refused to allow us to go to the toilet while we visited my brother. I don't know she acts like she didn't do fundamentals of nursing while urination is one of the basic needs. She even said she is following the orders from above she is not working for provincial hospital we can report her
