Poor service

Netcare Montana Hospital. Absolutely pathetic service. My wife was scheduled for an operation to take place on 8 April 2021. I did a pre-admission online on the 5th of April. Following this I phoned the hospital and confirmed that all is in order. When arriving on the 8th I found that this has not been done. Why take the time and effort if their systems does not work? Pathetic Netcare.
