Poor Service
Monday 06 December 2021 at around 23h00 p.m in the evening, my 2 month old baby boy began having a shortage of breath and was slowly losing consciousness. With much hesitation my wife and I rushed him to Netcare Clinton Hospital in hopes that they would best assist us with whatever was wrong with our son, little did we know that we'd be hanging around the vicinity with almost little to no help.
The the doctor then briefly examined the baby, checked weight, temperature, oxygen and everything checked out normal, now the baffled doctor has little clue on what the problem could be, so he tells us that the baby could have colic and then he decides to conduct a Covid-19 test then hand us the baby (who, mind you, is crying hysterically and in and out of consciousness due to short breath). Everyone seemed clueless on what to do with our son, hours later, the results returned from the lab a company by the name of PathCare (Vermaak) and the results were positive, the doctor then prescribed Buscopan, CalC-Vita (which apparently is not for infants) and Carlpol then sent us home to go quarantine and self-isolate . Client urgency was not practiced, what was the child diagnosed with exactly and why were we called back in days later for a re-examination? Were they doubtful about something? On Wednesday 08 December 2021 I went to Dischem to test for Covid-19 and my results came out negative, the very next day 09 December 2021 my wife and the mother of the child also went in to test for Covid-19 and she too came out negative so may someone from PathCare (Vermaak) kindly explain to us where the 2 month old baby got the virus from and what's the average accuracy percentage of your Covid-19 test results?
