Poor service

I came to the hospital with an ambulance because my 18months baby had fever and was struggling to breath . I was told to sit at the waiting area . And its over an hour waiting to see a doctor they didint even give my son anything they claim there is only one doctor . So how can a big hospital like this have only one doctor on duty ?
