poor service

my 5 months son was admitted at Unitas centurion hospital and was there for 6 days.. service at the hospital was extremely poor especially with our own African nurse.. the ,manner in which they treat us.. is like they are doing us a favor. or may is because we way expecting same service that we receive from sunninghill and waterfall.. my twins where born at Montana.. I will never recommend my family member to that hospital. I suggest they make survey for all admitted client and get feedback from petience
