Poor service

The service in this facility has become very very bad beside CoVid-19. How can a paraplegic human being with no feeling from chest down be kept waiting for 5hours and still waiting after 5hours. It looks like this CoVid-19 is a scapegoat for lazy Dr's in this facility, damn poor service as if we having this service for free.
