POOR SECURITY MEASURES WHAT A DISGRACE

@first the experience was great my husband got the best care in terms of service until his phone got ****** at CCU Isolation room on Saturday 11th January 2020, How pathetic that no one knows as to how this ******** got inside the hospital and the so called nurse that was supposedly taking care of my husband suddenly went on tea and the was no one looking after him and this person came and requested for his phone both my husbands arms were in drips little did he know thinking that the hospital is a safe place for patients to heal in peace, when it comes to security this hospital is soooooo PATHETIC and THEY DONT CARE ABOUT PATIENT SAFETY when u get in you don't even sign you just go as you please, such a DISGRACE the was no sign about thlvaluables being the at your own risk nor did we sign any indemnity form, what got me so ****ED OFF when the matter was reported one of the nurses said it's not the first time so it means the management is aware of it and they doing nothing or maybe it is an inside job. I want the hospital management to take responsibility and replace his phone they gave me some PATHETIC EXCUSE saying I must go and report at the police station and then what, they are so used to get away with things SO CALLED WORLD CLASS HOSPITAL nothing but a DISGRACE
