Poor private healthcare facility Netcare Milpark

My dad went in to Netcare Milpark for a check up as he was complaining of abdominal pain.They admitted him at 7am and was only taking in for his test in theatre at 9pm.He was diagnosed with bladder stones and was scheduled for a operation on the 17th of Feb.The room he was admitted in was with another 3 patients and was smelling of faeces and urine.We requested for the room next door as it was empty and were refused.I cant understand why they cramp so many patients in one room.Anyway he was taken to theatre the op was done and he was brought back into the room.I was there when he came out,the nurse closed the curtain checked his pulse and left.For the next two hours i sat there not a single nurse came to monitor his vitals.The next day they never emptied his urine bucket and when I requested one of them,she said she will sort it out, but never returned,i then got another to come and do it after much arguing she did it.The nurses were rude and uncaring.There are too many incidents to mention and other patients also complained.This hospital seems more like a goverment hospital and yet we pay such high fees.I will never go and recommend anyone to this hospital, you better of dead!<br>
