Poor practice of Doctor

To whom it may concern.

I am sitting here with the atmost disappointment with the treatment my daughter got yesterday.

My daughter had a little scratch as it was not deep, I want them to put glue so that the mark is not that visible as it is underneath her lower left eye.

After waiting almost 3 hours as Casualty was very busy. The Doctor attended to my daughter. He cleaned the scratch and glued it. But he also glued the corner of her eye together. Please see attached pictures.

I feel as a professional he did not met our needs and he did add to my daughter's distress.

Under all the circumstances and pressure doctors are currently under with regards to the Covid, and a busy day at Casualty, I understand the long wait and maybe irritability with this minor incident but there is no reason for this situation to happen. I don't even want to think of the consequences if the glue ended up in her eye.

I just wished to inform you of my disappointment.
