POOR POOR SERVICE

Morning

On The 10th my daughter went to emergency room for 3 stiches. We had to pay up front as he said you do not submit to discover so we paid R2 119.50 as per receipt attached. He said he wil send invoice as soon as system is up of course this did not happen. I started requesting the invoice and got ridiculous answers. Then finally pinky phoned yesterday telling me she can't pick up our account and so on. I am the main member of this m/aid and my child falls under me how can you not get our account???

Then finally when she did she sent an invoice and statement for an amount of R1 384 and you tried to sub it to medical after I was told you do not do this? Luckily it was declined. Now why did we pay R2 119.50 and my invoice says R1 384. I want this clarified before 12 today or I will contact the ombudsman.
