POOR POOR SCHEDULING LEADING TO INSANE WAITING TIMES TO SEE DOCTOR!

Brought my son to Kingsway hospital casualty with a fever, vomiting, headache and stomach cramps. He'd been up most of the night. We've been waiting to be seen by the doctor since 9am, it's 13h55. I feel like I'm at Prince Mshiyeni Memorial. This is casualty yet there's only one doctor on duty who is currently attending to an emergency in the main hospital leaving casualty patients with no doctor. NO DOCTOR IN CASUALTY!! The 1 star rating is only because the system doesn't allow for a no star. Not happy at all! Its a pity because standards used to be very high.
