Poor planning

Yesterday i was at netcare st augustines for a doctors appointment the screening process took forever that stupid app did not work so stop forcing it on people and 1 nurse to a que of people and that nurse was very unfriendly...i have a pre existing condition walkin long distances is a problem for me i now have painful joints because of the amout of walking 1 must do i was even more annoyed when i saw a elderly lady who uses a walking aid walk up stairs cos management closed of the lift due to the pandemic...yes i know we in a pandemic but dnt forget not every person is well enough to walk the distance when i asked the securtiy gaurd about this 1 entrance he said thats what management wants where is this compassion that netcare speaks of im glad my treating doctor will not be using st augustines for medical management....
