Poor nursing care

The doctor was amazing however my daughter and a friend of mine both had endometriosis surgery and a cather was placed in threate my poor child was in extruiating pain and eventually they called doctor and E said remove it . My friend same thing happened what experiencend nurse cannot insert it correct what about damage of incorrectly inserting this. When I complained the peeown handling my complaint said my daughter must send the complaint due to Popia I woke for insu3and POPIA ID violated by assessing the nurse who did not put it in right this is unacceptable .
