Poor hygiene and service

My father, Nico van der Linde was admitted to Unitas hospital on Friday 19 December with Colitis.<br> <br> He was moved to isolation on Sunday. Since he has been moved to isolation the service rendered, deteriorated drastically. He no longer received cold water, tea, or medication timeoesly or unless he has asked for it. The glass that he drinks water from has not been changed since Friday<br> <br> Last night he was given the medicine of the patient sharing the room with him. Fortunately he realized this and pointed it out to the staff on duty. <br> <br> The toilet which is the only one he can use has been filthy on various occasions(photos attached to has profe of this).
