Poor communication for refund

Netcare need to give me a refund on my co-payment that I made and they've been so poor in communicating with me around when I will get it. Up till now I have no idea if its being processed or not. Your consulting stated she'll be able to process the refund in 1 day, but has not provided any update on it.
