Poor caring and lacking compassion

I’m currently at Alberton Netcare hospital casualty, I came in the morning just after 10h00, casualty team who were opening the file of my son were very very helpful and compassionate. I was send to the pears cubicle for observations for my son who is a CP and dependant on other people to assist because of the severity of his disability.My son was wheeled to cubicle 17, casualty dr came as soon as possible, in the cubicle were other nurses including Nurse Khosi Simelane. I gave my sons medical details in full including medication he takes. He went to X-rays and came back, the team in this cubicle are not helpful at all, I stepped out a bit to get my son something to eat as his last meal was Sunday due to vomiting, I reported when I left, when I came back , his urine catheter was full to the brim, I asked for a urinal, another nurse offered me without assisting, she went out to sit with Khosi Simelane. After emptying his urine back I asked where must I take the urinal, I was referred to the toilet next to the corridor, I came back and was upfront with both Nurses that I’m going to send a review, sister Khosi’s respond to the other nurse was that she does not understand me since I was talking in Sesotho, I responded in Zulu as I realised that she is Ndebele or Swazi. She responded that I did not tell them anything about my sons condition, besides his special wheelchair is next to him and she was the one helping me to put my son to bed from the wheelchair. I asked her if as a nurse don’t something trigger their curiosity to ask more about the patients condition rather than sitting there outside. The next thing other nurses were coming to peep in our cubicle .I was told there is no bed, but my son is to be admitted. My fear is leaving a helpless soul with nurses who are not caring and showing compassion. I’m very concerned as I write this review.
