Poor bad service

While we have Staff that doesn't live the Netcare values, I take note and want to compliment the following Netcare staff, Catherine Tinoziva and Judith Nchabeleng who made my Night stays so welcoming and pleasant, making sure I am cared for, going extra miles to explain things to me and managing my pains, I would suggest Catheine to pass her people's skills to the rest of the staff because how does the unit manager becomes so human and loving yet having staff ( some less caring staff) not forgetting Monicca Masevhe who has been caring before the complaint could arise, may the Lord keep all of you safe and bless you, please make sure this message reaches all individuals intended for, I am hoping my next inhospial stay will be a warmer experience . I would trade sister Nchabeleng for anyone. She's a cut above the rest and nursing is her calling
