POOR ACCOUNT ASSISTANCE

Good day, makening a phone call to accounts department at Unitas hospital I was transfer to 4 different people to discuss why I was not admitted incorrectly. They don't even say what they are doing just transfer you and you need to hold and pay the phone call. . Does anyone know who is working with what? Then we need to ask why this is happening at the account department.
