Policy cards
The cover is brilliant, ambulance responded within 5mins although they said 8mins, and sunnninghill hospital was effortless... The only issue is regarding the sales rep/support, I obtained this cover via my company however we've requested numerous times for a personnel to educate us on the cover, and we had to wait and fight for cards... I would really like to take this cover for my mum and dad but what's the guarantee that I will be assisted with cards for 2 people if they took so long for a large employees of a company ?... It's advisable to issue cards with the policy as that can be used in emergencies if the patient is unresponsive to actually relay their credentials... I am willing to take out a cover for my parents only if cards can be issued

- Download and open the Netcare App.
- Log in using your registered details.
- Navigate to the NetcarePlus section.
